Sir Thomas Robert Tighe Chapman, 7th Bt. was born on 6 November 1846.1 He was the son of William Chapman and Louisa Vansittart.1 He married Edith Sarah Hamilton Boyd, daughter of George Augustus Rochfort-Boyd, on 24 July 1873.1 He died on 8 April 1919 at age 72.2 He was buried at Wolvercote, Buckinghamshire, England.2
Sir Thomas Robert Tighe Chapman, 7th Bt. held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Westmeath.1 He lived in 1913 at South Hill, Delvin, County Westmeath, Ireland.1 He succeeded to the title of 7th Baronet Chapman, of St. Lucy's, co. Westmeath [I., 1782] in 1914.2 On his death, his baronetcy became extinct.2 He had three children by Sarah Lawrence, who all died young.2
