     Lady Charlotte Mary Campbell was born on 29 October 2008.¹ She is the daughter of Torquhil Ian Campbell, 13th Duke of Argyll and Eleanor Cadbury.¹

     George James Charles FitzWilliam was born illegitimately in May 1888.¹ He was the son of George Charles FitzWilliam and Daisy Evelyn Lyster.¹ He married Lorna Beryl Morgan in 1914 at London, England.¹ He died in 1955 at Midhurst, Sussex, England.¹

     Henry George Strauss, 1st and last Baron Conesford was born on 24 June 1892.¹ He was the son of Alphonse Henry Strauss.¹ He married Anne Sadelbia Mary Nichols, daughter of John Bowyer Buchanan Nichols and Catherine Louisa Pusey, on 29 January 1927.¹ He died on 28 August 1974 at age 82.³
     He was educated at Rugby School, Rugby, Warwickshire, England.¹ He graduated from Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1915 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).¹ He graduated from Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1919 with a Master of Arts (M.A.).¹ He was admitted to Inner Temple in 1919.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Norwich between November 1935 and June 1945.¹ He held the office of Parliamentary Private Secretary between 1936 and 1942, to the Attorney-General.¹ He held the office of Joint Parliamentary Secretary, Ministry of Works between 1942 and 1943.¹ He held the office of Parliamentary Secretary, Ministry of Town and Country Planning between 1943 and 1945.¹ He was invested as a King's Counsel (K.C.) in 1946.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for English Universities between March 1946 and February 1950.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Norwich, South Division between February 1950 and April 1955.¹ He held the office of Parliamentary Secretary, Board of Trade between 1951 and 1955.¹ He was created 1st Baron Conesford, of Chelsea, co. London [U.K.] on 12 May 1955.¹ He held the office of Bencher of the Inner Temple in 1969.¹ On his death, his title became extinct.³

     Alphonse Henry Strauss lived at 90 Lancaster Gate, London, England.¹

     Anne Sadelbia Mary Nichols was born on 10 May 1902.² She is the daughter of John Bowyer Buchanan Nichols and Catherine Louisa Pusey.^1,2 She married Henry George Strauss, 1st and last Baron Conesford, son of Alphonse Henry Strauss, on 29 January 1927.¹
      From 29 January 1927, her married name became Strauss.¹ As a result of her marriage, Anne Sadelbia Mary Nichols was styled as Baroness Conesford on 12 May 1955.

     John Bowyer Nichols was born on 15 July 1779.¹ He married Eliza Baker on 6 June 1805.¹ He died on 19 October 1863 at age 84.¹

     Captain Edward Bouverie Pusey gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Royal Navy.¹

     Eliza Baker married John Bowyer Nichols on 6 June 1805.¹ She died on 10 January 1845.¹
      From 6 June 1805, her married name became Nichols.¹

     Eliza Julia Tucker was the daughter of Lt.-Col. John Tucker.¹ She married Reverend Henry Dudley Ryder, son of Rt. Rev. Hon. Henry Ryder and Sophia March Phillipps, on 27 March 1841.¹ She died on 11 February 1897.¹
      From 27 March 1841, her married name became Ryder.¹
