     John Bowyer Buchanan Nichols was born on 13 November 1859.2 He was the son of Francis Morgan Nichols.2 He married Catherine Louisa Bouverie-Pusey, daughter of Captain Edward Bouverie-Pusey and Esther Elliot Hales, on 4 August 1892.2 He died on 2 June 1939 at age 79.2
