     From 30 May 1964, her married name became Fairbank.

     Sir James Hodges married Mary Bullock in 1736 at Iver, Buckinghamshire, England.2 He died in 1774 at Bath, Somerset, England.2
     Sir James Hodges was Town Clerk of the City of London.2 He was invested as a Knight in 1759.2

     John Anthony Fairbank was the son of Lt.-Col. Henry Nevill Fairbank.2 He married Jane Truscott, daughter of Sir Denis Henry Truscott and Ethel Margaret Lyell, on 30 May 1964.1 He died on 14 February 1966, following an accident.1
