     Thomas Stephen Ralli was born in 1799 at Chios, Greece^G.¹ He was the son of Stephen John Ralli and Julia Sechiari.² He married Marouko Argenti, daughter of Pandely Argenti, on 12 May 1833.¹ He died on 20 October 1858 at London, England^G.¹
