     Andrew Arthur Floyer-Acland was born on 8 November 1955.¹ He is the son of Brigadier Stafford Nugent Floyer-Acland and Patricia Egidia Hastings Emmott.¹ He married Penelope Lucy Priscilla Wathen, daughter of Julian Philip Gerard Wathen and Priscilla Florence Wilson, in 1987.¹
     He was educated at Marlborough College, Marlborough, Wiltshire, England^G.¹ He graduated from Durham University, Durham, County Durham, England^G, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He lived in 1999 at Old Grist, Coombe, Wotton-under-Edge, Gloucestershire, England^G.¹

     P/O Ian Hugh Acland was born on 17 October 1914.¹ He was the son of Captain John Bevil Acland and Marjorie Guernsey.¹ He died on 18 March 1941 at age 26, killed on duty.¹
     He gained the rank of Pilot Officer in the Royal Canadian Air Force.¹ He fought in the Second World War.

     Ione Vivienne Acland was born on 23 December 1915.¹ She is the daughter of Captain John Bevil Acland and Marjorie Guernsey.¹ She married Charles Clement Guthrie, son of Alexander Guthrie and Mary Anne Fairbairn, on 19 September 1936.¹

     Reverend Henry Dyke Acland was born on 4 March 1850.¹ He was the son of Reverend Peter Leopold Dyke Acland and Julia Barker.¹ He married Adelaide Clementina Hart Davis, daughter of Richard Vaughan Davis, on 22 January 1878.¹ He died on 8 January 1903 at age 52.¹
