     Lt.-Col. Arthur Thomas Digby Neave was born on 24 August 1859.1 He was the son of Sheffield Neave and Mary Henrica Morier.2 He married Harriet Ralli, daughter of Pandeli Constantine Ralli and Harriet Ralli, on 17 July 1883.1 He died on 8 March 1902 at age 42, without issue.1
     Lt.-Col. Arthur Thomas Digby Neave gained the rank of Captain in the service of the South Wales Borderers.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.).1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.).1 He was Lieutenant-Colonel of the 3rd Battalion, Essex Regiment.1 He lived at Hutton Hall, Brentwood, Essex, England.1 He gained the rank of Honorary Colonel in the service of the 3rd Battalion, Essex Regiment.1

     Pandeli Constantine Ralli was born on 9 August 1814.3 He was the son of Costi Ralli and Alexandra Petrocochino.2 He married Harriet Ralli, daughter of Eustratio Stephen Ralli and Mary Mavrogordato, on 16 May 1850.3 He died on 31 January 1873 at age 58.3
