     Dorothy Conran Lascelles was born on 28 November 1883.2 She was the daughter of Arthur Hastings Lascelles and Georgina Jane Murry Curtis.1,3 She married, firstly, Francis Julian Audley Mackworth, son of Sir Arthur William Mackworth, 6th Bt. and Alice Kate Cubitt, on 4 August 1910.1 She married, secondly, Charles Edward Gatehouse on 22 November 1922.1 She died on 21 February 1976 at age 92 at Honiton, Devon, England.2
     From 4 August 1910, her married name became Mackworth.1 From 22 November 1922, her married name became Gatehouse.1 She lived in 1970 at Annisfield, Budleigh Salterton, Devon, EnglandG.1

     Cecily Joan Mackworth was born on 15 August 1911 at Llantilio Pertholey, Monmouthshire, Wales.1,2 She was the daughter of Francis Julian Audley Mackworth and Dorothy Conran Lascelles.1 She married, firstly, Léon Donckier de Donceel in 1935.1 She married, secondly, Marquis Henri de Chabannes La Palice on 11 July 1956.1 She died on 22 July 2006 at age 94.2
     From 1935, her married name became Donckier de Donceel.1 She wrote the book Eleven Poems, published 1938.2 She wrote the book Czechoslovakia Fights Back, published 1942.2 She wrote the book François Villon: a study, published 1947.2 She wrote the book The Mouth of the Sword, published 1949.2 She wrote the book Spring's Green Shadow, published 1952.2 She wrote the book The Destiny of Isabelle Eberhardt, published 1954.2 She wrote the book Ends of the World, published 1987.2 She wrote the book Lucy's Nose, published 1992.2
