     Sir Francis Cyril Rose, 4th Bt. was born on 18 September 1909 at Surrey, England.1,2 He was the son of Sir Cyril Stanley Rose, 3rd Bt. and Laetitia Rouy.3 He married, firstly, Frederica Dorothy Violet Carrington, daughter of Maj.-Gen. Sir Frederick Carrington and Susan Margaret Elwes, on 22 February 1943.1 He and Frederica Dorothy Violet Carrington were divorced in 1966.1 He married, secondly, Beryl Norris, daughter of Alfred Norris, on 7 February 1967.1 He died on 19 November 1979 at age 70.1,2
     He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Rose, of Montreal [U.K., 1872] on 11 July 1915.1 He was educated at Beaumont College, Old Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He was a painter and author.1 He was artistic adviser to The Edinburgh Tapestry Company and Roosen Silks Ltd.1 He fought in the Second World War between 1940 and 1942, in the Royal Air Force, and was invalided.1

Sir Frederick Carrington and Susan Margaret Elwes.1 She married, firstly, Darcy Sinclair Sproul-Boulton before 1943.1 She married, secondly, Sir Francis Cyril Rose, 4th Bt., son of Sir Cyril Stanley Rose, 3rd Bt. and Laetitia Rouy, on 22 February 1943.1 She and Sir Francis Cyril Rose, 4th Bt. were divorced in 1966.1
     She was an author.1 From before 1943, her married name became Sproul-Boulton.1 From 22 February 1943, her married name became Rose.1

     Captain Charles Ernest Rose was born on 11 December 1873.1 He was the son of Sir Charles Day Rose, 1st Bt. and Eliza McLean.2 He died in May 1900 at age 26, killed in action.1
     He fought in the Boer War.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Horse Guards.1

     Sir Frank Stanley Day Rose, 2nd Bt. was born on 27 April 1877.1 He was the son of Sir Charles Day Rose, 1st Bt. and Eliza McLean.3 He married Daphne Gaskell, daughter of Captain Henry Brooks Gaskell, on 31 March 1910.1 He died on 26 October 1914 at age 37 at Ypres, Belgium, killed in action.1,2
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 10th Hussars.1 He fought in the Boer War between 1900 and 1902.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Rose, of Hardwick House, Whitchurch, Oxfordshire [U.K., 1909] on 20 April 1913.1 He fought in the First World War.1

     She held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)1 From 31 March 1910, her married name became Rose.
