     Rupert David Peregrine Medlicott Vereker was educated at Radley College, Abingdon, Oxfordshire, England.1 He graduated from Bradford University, Bradford, Yorkshire, England, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).1 He was managing director of BV Group plc in 1987.1
