     Charlotte Susan Stewart was the daughter of Maj.-Gen. Algernon Augustus Stewart and Sophia Anne Eleanor Hobart.² She died in 1945, unmarried.¹

     Eleanor Sophia Anne Stewart was the daughter of Maj.-Gen. Algernon Augustus Stewart and Sophia Anne Eleanor Hobart.² She died in 1951, unmarried.¹

     Albinia Frances Adelaide Stewart was the daughter of Maj.-Gen. Algernon Augustus Stewart and Sophia Anne Eleanor Hobart.² She died on 15 January 1955, unmarried.¹

     Arthur Stewart was born on 12 December 1813.¹ He was the son of Hon. Edward Richard Stewart and Lady Katherine Charteris.² He married Mary Madan, daughter of Spencer Madan and Henrietta Inge, on 29 July 1840.¹ He died on 30 June 1879 at age 65.¹

     Mary Madan was born on 20 February 1813 at Lichfield, Staffordshire, England.² She was the daughter of Spencer Madan and Henrietta Inge.^1,2 She married Arthur Stewart, son of Hon. Edward Richard Stewart and Lady Katherine Charteris, on 29 July 1840.¹ She died on 8 November 1872 at age 59 at 19 St. Patricks Place, Cork, County Cork, Ireland.²
     From 29 July 1840, her married name became Stewart.

     Rear-Admiral Walter Stewart was born on 13 July 1841.¹ He was the son of Arthur Stewart and Mary Madan.² He died on 26 October 1896 at age 55, without issue.¹
     He held the office of Aide-de-Camp to HM Queen Victoria.¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)¹

     Alan Stewart was born on 19 May 1844.¹ He was the son of Arthur Stewart and Mary Madan.² He married Emily Louisa Sawyer, daughter of John James Sawyer, on 21 January 1875.¹ He died on 25 December 1924 at age 80.¹
     He graduated from Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He was a practising barrister.¹

     Emily Louisa Sawyer was the daughter of John James Sawyer.¹ She married Alan Stewart, son of Arthur Stewart and Mary Madan, on 21 January 1875.¹ She died on 3 May 1913.¹
     From 21 January 1875, her married name became Stewart.

     Arthur Charles Stewart was born on 18 February 1877.¹ He was the son of Alan Stewart and Emily Louisa Sawyer.² He married, firstly, Geraldine Susan Louisa Lloyd, daughter of Captain E. W. C. Lloyd, on 15 July 1903.¹ He married, secondly, Sharon Watson Helsby, daughter of William George Helsby, on 1 January 1910.¹ He died on 10 June 1941 at age 64, without issue.¹
     He was registered as a Member, Royal Society of British Artists (R.B.A.)¹

     Geraldine Susan Louisa Lloyd is the daughter of Captain E. W. C. Lloyd.¹ She married Arthur Charles Stewart, son of Alan Stewart and Emily Louisa Sawyer, on 15 July 1903.¹
     From 15 July 1903, her married name became Stewart.
