     Sheila Anne Stewart was born on 12 February 1915.1 She was the daughter of Lt.-Col. Algernon Bingham Anstruther Stewart and Edith Evelyn Vivian.2 She married Charles Spencer Denman, 5th Baron Denman of Dovedale, son of Sir Richard Douglas Denman, 1st Bt. and Mary Radley Spencer, on 11 September 1943.1 She died in 1987.1
     From 11 September 1943, her married name became Denman. As a result of her marriage, Sheila Anne Stewart was styled as Baroness Denman of Dovedale on 21 March 1971.

     Charles Spencer Denman, 5th Baron Denman of Dovedale was born on 7 July 1916.3 He is the son of Sir Richard Douglas Denman, 1st Bt. and Mary Radley Spencer.2 He married Sheila Anne Stewart, daughter of Lt.-Col. Algernon Bingham Anstruther Stewart and Edith Evelyn Vivian, on 11 September 1943.1
     Charles Spencer Denman, 5th Baron Denman of Dovedale was educated at Shrewsbury School, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, England.3 He fought in the Second World War, in the Middle East.3 He was decorated with the award of Military Cross (M.C.) in 1942.3 He gained the rank of Major in 1943 in the service of the Duke of Cornwall's Light Infantry (Territorial Army).3 He was decorated with the award of Territorial Decoration (T.D.) in 1947.3 He succeeded to the title of 2nd Baronet Denman, of Dovedale, co. Derby [U.K., 1945] on 22 December 1957.3 He succeeded to the title of 5th Baron Denman of Dovedale, co. Derby [U.K., 1834] on 21 March 1971.3 He was invested as a Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1976.3

     Major George De Pree was the son of General Hugo De Pree.1 He married Barbara Jean Stewart, daughter of Lt.-Col. Algernon Bingham Anstruther Stewart and Edith Evelyn Vivian, on 20 April 1939.1 He died in 1992.1
     Major George De Pree gained the rank of Major in the service of the 60th Rifles.1
