     Henry Corry Rowley Becher was born on 5 June 1817 at 13 Gower Street, Bedford Square, London, England.1 He was the son of Captain William Alexander Becher and Frances Scott.1 He married, firstly, Sarah Evanson Leonard on 27 October 1841.1 He married, secondly, Caroline Street, daughter of Samuel Street and Abigail Hyde Ransom, on 20 August 1874 at Whitby, Yorkshire, England.1 He died on 6 July 1885 at age 68 at Falconhurst, Sidcup, Kent, England.1

     Frances Anna Maria Becher was the daughter of Henry Corry Rowley Becher and Sarah Evanson Leonard.1 She married Sir Stewart Hervey Bruce, Bt., son of Stewart Crawford Bruce, on 19 January 1864.1 She died in 1898.1
     From 19 January 1864, her married name became Bruce.1

     Henry Becher was born on 6 July 1846 at London, Ontario, Canada.1 He was the son of Henry Corry Rowley Becher and Sarah Evanson Leonard.1 He married Katherine M. Campbell, daughter of Duncan Campbell.1 He died on 15 January 1889 at age 42.1
     Henry Becher was invested as a Queen's Counsel (Q.C.) [Ontario] in November 1885.1 He held the office of Mayor of London, Ontario in 1886.1 He was a judge in 1887.1
