     Sir Baynham Throckmorton, 2nd Bt. was born circa 1606.1 He was the son of Sir William Throckmorton, 1st Bt. and Cicely Baynham.1 He married Margaret Hopton, daughter of Robert Hopton and Jane Kemeys, circa 1626.1 He died on 28 May 1664.1 He was buried on 29 July 1664 at St. Margaret's Church, Westminster, London, EnglandG.1
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Throckmorton, of Tortworth, co. Gloucester [E., 1611] on 18 July 1628.1

     Sir Baynham Throckmorton, 3rd Bt. was born circa 1628.2 He was the son of Sir Baynham Throckmorton, 2nd Bt. and Margaret Hopton.2 He married, firstly, Mary Garton, daughter of Giles Garton, before 1661.1 He married, secondly, Katharine Edgcumbe, daughter of Colonel Piers Edgcumbe and Mary Glanville, on 11 December 1669 at St. Dunstan's-in-the-West Church, London, EnglandG.1 He died from July 1680 to February 1681/82.2 His will was proven (by probate) on 3 February 1681/82.1
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Gloucestershire between 1656 and 1658.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Wootton Bassett in 1660.1 He was appointed Knight on 28 May 1660 at Rochester, Kent, EnglandG.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Throckmorton, of Tortworth, co. Gloucester [E., 1611] on 28 May 1664.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Gloucestershire between December 1664 and 1669.1 His last will was dated 16 July 1680.1

     Mary Garton was born circa 1633.1 She was the daughter of Giles Garton.1 She married Sir Baynham Throckmorton, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Baynham Throckmorton, 2nd Bt. and Margaret Hopton, before 1661.1 She died on 2 April 1666, without male issue.1 She was buried on 4 April 1666 at Newland, Gloucestershire, EnglandG.1
     From before 1661, her married name became Throckmorton.1

     Sir William Throckmorton, 4th Bt. was born in 1658.1 He was the son of Sir Nicholas Throckmorton.1 He died circa June 1682, killed in a duel, unmarried.1 He was buried on 1 July 1682 at St. Margaret's Church, Westminster, London, EnglandG.1 He died intestate and his estate was administered to his three sisters on 7 June 1686.1
     He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, EnglandG.1 He matriculated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, on 4 December 1677.1 He was admitted to Inner Temple in 1681.1 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Throckmorton, of Tortworth, co.
