     Brigadier Adrian Clements Gore was born on 14 May 1900 at Dunoon, Scotland^G.^2,3 He was the son of Colonel Robert Clements Gore and Rachel Cecilia Sanderson.⁴ He married Enid Aimée Cairnes, daughter of John Jameson Cairnes and Annabel Winslow, on 4 January 1927.¹ He died on 7 June 1990 at age 90 at Horton Priory, Ashford, Kent, England^G.^2,3
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.² He fought in the Second World War.² He was awarded the Companion, Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1943 and bar (1945.)² He gained the rank of Brigadier in the Rifle Brigade.¹ He lived at Horton Priory, Ashford, Kent, England^G.¹

     Colonel John Blennerhassett was the son of John Blennerhassett and Margaret Crosbie.¹ A settlement for the marriage between him and Jane Denny was made in 1713.² He died on 5 May 1775.²
