Lt.-Col. Edward Latham was the son of Thomas Ringrose Latham.2 He married Lady Gwendoline Lucy Constance Rushworth Jellicoe, daughter of Admiral John Henry Rushworth Jellicoe, 1st Earl Jellicoe and Florence Gwendoline Cayzer, on 29 April 1935.2 He died on 27 November 1957.2
