     Lt.-Col. Edward Latham was the son of Thomas Ringrose Latham.² He married Lady Gwendoline Lucy Constance Rushworth Jellicoe, daughter of Admiral John Henry Rushworth Jellicoe, 1st Earl Jellicoe and Florence Gwendoline Cayzer, on 29 April 1935.² He died on 27 November 1957.²
