     Marion Dease was born on 14 December 1900.2 She was the daughter of Major Edmund James Dease.1 She married William Bland, son of Lieutenant Humphrey Loftus Bland and Muriel Elsie Scott, on 16 September 1930.1 She died on 20 April 1969 at age 68.1
     From 16 September 1930, her married name became Bland.1

     Major Edmund James Dease was born on 1 October 1861.2 He was the son of Edmund Gerald Dease and Mary Grattan.1 He married Mabel O'Ferrall, daughter of Ambrose More O'Ferrall, on 28 April 1896.2 He died on 1 October 1945 at age 84.2
     Major Edmund James Dease gained the rank of Major in the service of the 4th Battalion Royal Fusiliers.2 He held the office of High Sheriff in 1908.2 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.).2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.).2 He held the office of Resident Magistrate County Tipperary.2 He lived at Rath House, Ballybrittas, County Laois, Ireland.1

     Richard Dease succeeded circa 1568 to Turbotston, Mayne, County Westmeath, Ireland.1 He was appointed Commissioner for Musters, County Westmeath on 12 May 1583.1 He was Commissioner for Musters, County Westmeath on 4 July 1584, and again.1 An Edmond Dease reportedly purchased Turbotstown House in 1272. A James Dease, of Turbotstown, occured in the roll of gentry of Liberty of Trim in 1436.1
