     Sir William Cole married Susannah Croft, daughter of John Croft.1 He died in 1653.1
     In 1611 he was granted 1,000 acres of escheated lands in County Fermanagh.1 In 1612 he was granted a further 320 acres.1 In 1643 he raised and commanded a regiment successfully against the Confederation of Kilkenny.1
