     Mary Louisa Cholmondeley was baptised on 24 August 1851 at Hamstall Ridware, Staffordshire, England.2 She was the daughter of Reverend Hon. Henry Pitt Cholmondeley and Hon. Mary Leigh.1 She married Sir Charles Mordaunt, 10th Bt., son of Sir John Mordaunt, 9th Bt. and Caroline Sophia Murray, on 24 April 1878.1 She died on 10 June 1947 at age 95.1
     She was given the name of May Louisa Cholmondely at birth.2 Her married name became Mordaunt.

     Reverend Hon. Henry Pitt Cholmondeley was born on 15 June 1820 at Whitegate, Cheshire, England.1,2 He was the son of Thomas Cholmondeley, 1st Baron Delamere of Vale Royal and Henrietta Elizabeth Williams-Wynn.1 He married Hon. Mary Leigh, daughter of Chandos Leigh, 1st Baron Leigh of Stoneleigh and Margarette Willes, on 4 May 1848 at Stoneleigh, Warwickshire, EnglandG.3 He died on 14 April 1905 at age 84.1
     He graduated from Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He held the office of Hon. Canon of Gloucester.1 He held the office of Rural Dean of Stow.1 He was the Rector at Broadwell-cum-Adlestrop, Gloucestershire, EnglandG.1

     Elizabeth Prowse was born in 1749.1 She was the daughter of Thomas Prowse and Elizabeth Sharp.2,3 She married Sir John Mordaunt, 7th Bt., son of Sir Charles Mordaunt, 6th Bt. and Sophia Wodehouse, on 3 January 1769.2 She died on 5 October 1826 at London, England.1
     Her married name became Mordaunt.

     Lt.-Col. Hon. Christian Edward Cornwallis Eliot was born on 17 July 1872.2 He was the son of Colonel Hon. Charles George Cornwallis Eliot and Constance Rhiannon Guest.2 He married, firstly, Laura Grey Chetwode, daughter of Lt.-Col. Sir George Chetwode, 6th Bt. and Alice Jane Bass, on 3 July 1897.2 He married, secondly, Daisy Blossom Elkan, daughter of Alexander Elkan, on 12 February 1938.2 He died on 20 August 1940 at age 68.2
     He was educated at Charterhouse School, Godalming, Surrey, England.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Marines.2 He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1919.2 On 7 March 1923 he was granted the rank of an earl's younger son.2 He lived at Sunhill, Alresford, Hampshire, EnglandG.2

     Lt.-Col. Sir George Chetwode, 6th Bt. was born on 20 July 1823 at Chesterton, Oxfordshire, EnglandG.2 He was the son of Reverend George Chetwode and Charlotte Anne Walhouse.3 He married Alice Jane Bass, daughter of Michael Thomas Bass and Eliza Jane Arden, on 21 October 1868.4 He died on 28 June 1905 at age 81.1
     He was commissioned in 1840, in the service of the 4th Foot.2 He fought in the Crimean War.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the 8th Hussars.1 He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Chetwode, of Oakley, co. Stafford [E., 1700] on 8 September 1873.1

     From 30 April 1890, her married name became Baring.1
