     Lt.-Col. Horace Mackenzie Smith was the son of Henry Smith.1 He married Margaret Esther Hamilton Beamish, daughter of Rear-Adm. Henry Hamilton Beamish and Blanche Georgina Hughes, on 9 March 1904, leaving issue.1 He died on 24 January 1945.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the King's Shropshire Light Infantry.1 He was appointed Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)1

John William Ormsby and Emily Lavinia Knox, in 1875.1 He died on 11 December 1908 at age 73.1
     He was employed by the Admiralty.1 He lived at Casa Santa Croce, Alassio, ItalyG.1
