     Edward Sinclair, 4th of Dryden was the son of Sir John Sinclair, 3rd of Dryden and Katherine Ramsay.2 He married, firstly, Margaret Ramsay, daughter of David Ramsay of Bangour.2 He married, secondly, Janet Henderson, daughter of James Henderson, 1st of Fordell and Helen Baty, before 27 September 1529.2 He married, thirdly, Beatrix Renton, daughter of David Renton of Billie, before 1539.2 He died in 1558/59.2
