     Rowland Fitzgerald, 2nd Baron of Burnchurch was the son of Richard Fitzgerald, 1st Baron of Burnchurch.1 He married Anastasia St. Leger, daughter of unknown St. Leger.1 He died on 1 February 1545.1 He was buried at Burnchurch, County Kilkenny, Ireland.1
     Rowland Fitzgerald, 2nd Baron of Burnchurch held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for County Kilkenny in 1532.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Kilkenny in 1535.1 In 1545 at Kilkenny Castle, Kilkenny, County Kilkenny, Ireland, he was mentioned in a Notorial Document.1
