     Sir Bryan Cooke, 6th Bt. was the son of Sir Bryan Cooke, 4th Bt. and Priscilla Squire.2 He married Mary Foley, daughter of Colonel unknown Foley.1 He died in 1769.1
     Sir Bryan Cooke, 6th Bt. succeeded to the title of 6th Baronet Cooke, of Wheatley Hall, co. York [E., 1661] on 16 August 1756.1

     Major Michael Henry Armstrong was born on 6 May 1924.3 He is the son of Major William Fortescue Armstrong and Madeleine Massillion.2 He married Kathleen Mary Perceval Armstrong, daughter of James Robert Bargrave Armstrong and Hon. Kathleen Marion Napier, on 7 January 1954.3
     Major Michael Henry Armstrong was educated at Eton College, Eton, Berkshire, England.3 He fought in the Second World War.3 He was part of the Legal Division Control Commission and War Crimes Group between 1945 and 1947 at Germany.3 He was admitted to Inner Temple.4 He was in the service of the Life Guards.3 He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1948 with a Master of Arts (M.A.).3 He was admitted to Northern Ireland Bar in 1948.4 He was admitted to Inner Temple in 1948 entitled to practice as a Barrister-at-law and Northern Ireland.3 He was educated at Queen's University, Belfast, County Antrim, Ireland.3 He was in the service of the Royal Irish Fusiliers.3 He held the office of Chairman of the Ulster Young Unionist Council in 1950.3 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) in 1952.3 He held the office of County Councillor and Vice-Chairman between 1955 and 1973.3 He was a Member of the Ulster Special Constabulary between 1957 and 1970.3 He held the office of Trustee, Ulster Folk Museum between 1958 and 1973.3 He was in the service of the Irish Guards, Regular Army Reserve of Officers (R.A.R.O.).3 He held the office of District Commandant for Armagh between 1961 and 1970.3 He held the office of Trustee of the Ulster Museum from 1962.3 He held the office of Member and Vice-Chairman, Armagh County Educational Committee between 1963 and 1973.3 He held the office of High Sheriff in 1965.3 He held the office of Vice-Chairman, Craigavon Development Commission between 1965 and 1973.3 He was invested as a Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.) in 1970.3 He held the office of honorary Secretary, Ulster Unionist Council in 1970, and in 1971 and 1974.3 He was in the service of the Ulster Defence Regiment, 2nd County Armagh Battalion.3 He lived at Dean's Hill, County Armagh, Ireland.3
