     Frances Duke Taylor was born on 22 July 1758.2 She was baptised on 22 July 1758 at St. Michael Paternoster, London, England.2 She was the daughter of Bernard Frederick Taylor and Frances Duke.3,2 She married James Coleridge, son of Reverend John Coleridge and Anne Bowden, on 28 February 1788 at St. Mary Arches, Exeter, Devon, England.1,2 She died on 5 August 1838 at age 80.1
     From 28 February 1788, her married name became Coleridge.

Reverend James Duke Coleridge1

     Reverend James Duke Coleridge was born on 13 June 1789.1 He was the son of James Coleridge and Frances Duke Taylor.2 He married Sophia Badcock, daughter of Colonel Stanhope Badcock, on 9 June 1814.1 He died on 26 December 1857 at age 68.1
     He graduated with a Doctor of Civil Law (D.C.L.)1 He held the office of Prebendary of Exeter.1 He has an extensive biographical entry in the Dictionary of National Biography.3
      He had two daughters.1

     Rt. Hon. Sir John Taylor Coleridge was born on 9 July 1790 at Tiverton, Devon, England.1,2 He was the son of James Coleridge and Frances Duke Taylor.3 He married Mary Buchanan, daughter of Reverend Gilbert Buchanan and Frances Reed, on 7 August 1818.1 He died on 11 February 1876 at age 85.1
     He graduated with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He held the office of Recorder of Exeter.1 He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.)1 He held the office of Judge of the Queen's Bench.1 He was a practising Serjeant-at-law.1 He graduated with a Doctor of Civil Law (D.C.L.)1 He lived at The Chanter's House, Ottery St. Mary, Devon, EnglandG.1 He has an extensive biographical entry in the Dictionary of National Biography.4
