Rt. Hon. Sir Hercules Langrishe, 1st Bt.1

     Rt. Hon. Sir Hercules Langrishe, 1st Bt. was born in 1731.2 He was the son of Robert Langrishe and Anne Whitby.3 He married Hannah Myhill, daughter of Robert Myhill, on 31 May 1755.2 He died on 1 February 1811.2
     He graduated with a Master of Arts (M.A.)2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Knocktopher [Ierland] between 1761 and 1801, first MP to get penal laws against Roman Catholics relaxed.2 He was created 1st Baronet Langrishe, of Knocktopher, co. Kilkenny [Ireland] on 19 February 1777.2 He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.)2 He lived at Knocktopher, County Kilkenny, Ireland.2

     Sir Bryan Robinson was born in 1808.1 He was the son of Reverend Christopher Robinson and Elizabeth Langrishe.1 He married Selina Brooking, daughter of Arthur Holdsworth Brooking, in 1834.1 He died on 6 December 1887.1
     He was a practising Barrister in 1831.1 He held the office of Judge of the Supreme Court [Newfoundland] between 1858 and 1877.1 He was appointed Queen's Counsel (Q.C.)2 He was appointed Knight in 1877.1
