     Tony Shawcross is the son of Philip Shawcross and Mary Yule.²

     Herbert Tuer Shawcross was born in 1870.¹ He was the son of William Tuer Shawcross and Elizabeth Eckersley.² He married Mabel Paddon Higgs, daughter of Reverend T. K. Higgs, in 1912.¹ He died in July 1961.¹
     He was educated at Giggleswick Grammar School.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Berkshire in 1914.¹

     Reverend T. K. Higgs lived at Greenacres, Oldham, Lancashire, England^G.¹

     Mabel Paddon Higgs was the daughter of Reverend T. K. Higgs.² She married Herbert Tuer Shawcross, son of William Tuer Shawcross and Elizabeth Eckersley, in 1912.¹ She died in 1942.¹
     From 1912, her married name became Shawcross.

     Edith Paddon Shawcross was born on 25 March 1913.¹ She is the daughter of Herbert Tuer Shawcross and Mabel Paddon Higgs.² She married Edward N. Hall in 1943.¹
     She graduated from St. Hilda's College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, in 1935 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ From 1943, her married name became Hall.

     Edward N. Hall married Edith Paddon Shawcross, daughter of Herbert Tuer Shawcross and Mabel Paddon Higgs, in 1943.¹

     David Barnet Hall was born on 30 March 1944.¹ He is the son of Edward N. Hall and Edith Paddon Shawcross.²

     Jonathan Shawcross Hall was born on 16 March 1947.¹ He is the son of Edward N. Hall and Edith Paddon Shawcross.²

     Sheila Margaret Hall was born on 8 March 1954.¹ She is the daughter of Edward N. Hall and Edith Paddon Shawcross.²

     John Shawcross was born on 17 September 1871.¹ He was the son of William Tuer Shawcross and Elizabeth Eckersley.² He married Hilda Constance Asser, daughter of G. Asser, on 20 September 1900.¹ He died on 9 February 1966 at age 94.¹
     He was educated at Clifton College, Clifton, Bristol, England^G.¹ He graduated from University College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, in 1896 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ )
