     Alfred Stair was born on 15 May 1845.2 He was the son of Thomas Stair and Ann David.2 He married Elizabeth Anne Nield, daughter of Edward Nield and Emma Cordingley.2 He died on 2 March 1914 at age 68.2
     He was Chief Accountant and Comptroller of the Inland Revenue between 1900 and 1910.3

     Rt. Hon. Sir Henry Gordon Willmer was the son of Arthur Washington Willmer.2 He married Mary Barbara Hurd, daughter of Sir Archibald Hurd and Anne Perrott Groser, on 21 July 1928.1 He died in 1983.2
     He was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.)2 He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.)2 He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.)2 Rt. Hon. Sir Henry Gordon Willmer usually went by his middle name of Gordon.1 He held the office of Lord Justice of Appeal between 1955 and 1969.2
