     Sir Charles Mansfield Tobias Clarke, 6th Bt. was born on 8 September 1939.1 He was the son of Sir Humphrey Orme Clarke, 5th Bt. and Elisabeth Cook.2 He married, firstly, Charlotte Walter, daughter of Roderick Walter, on 28 January 1971.1 He and Charlotte Walter were divorced in 1979.1 He married, secondly, Teresa Lorraine Aphrodite de Chair, daughter of Somerset Struben de Chair and Margaret Patricia Field-Hart, in 1984.1 He died on 16 September 2019 at age 80.3
     He was given the name of Charles Mansfield Clarke at birth.1 He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He graduated from Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 As of 1962, Sir Charles Mansfield Tobias Clarke, 6th Bt. usually went by his middle name of Toby.1 In 1962 his name was legally changed to Charles Mansfield Tobias Clarke.1 He was educated at Sorbonne, Paris, FranceG.1 He was educated at Graduate Business School, New York University, Manhattan, New York City, New York, U.S.A.G.1 He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Clarke, of Dunham Lodge, co. Norfolk [U.K., 1831] on 22 January 1973.1 He was vice-president of the London branch of Bankers Trust Company of New York between 1974 and 1980.1 He was editor and found of The Baronets' Journal in 1987.1 He was associate director of the Swiss Bank Corporation London between 1992 and 1994.1 He was chairman of the Standing Council of the Baronetage between 1993 and 1996.1 He lived in 2003 at The Church House, Bibury, Gloucestershire, EnglandG.1

     Sir Charles Mansfield Clarke, 1st Bt. was born on 28 May 1782.1 He was the son of John Clarke and Biddy Mansfield.1 He married Mary Anna Squire, daughter of Wright Thomas Squire, on 17 January 1806.1 He died in 1857.1
     He graduated with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)1 He was Physician to Queen Adelaide.1 He was awarded the honorary degree of Doctor of Law (LL.D.)1 He was appointed Fellow, Royal Society (F.R.S.)1 He was created 1st Baronet Clarke, of Dunham Lodge, co. Norfolk [U.K.] on 30 September 1831.1
