     Kathleen Eileen Moray Smith-Gray was born on 9 August 1878 at Enniscorthy, County Wexford, Ireland.1,3 She was the daughter of James Maclaren Smith-Gray and Eveleen Pounden, Lady Gray.1 She died on 31 October 1976 at age 98 at 21 rue Napoleon, Prais, France.3
     She was also known as Eileen Gray.3 She was educated at Slade School of Fine Art, London, England.3 She was a furniture designer and architect.3

      From 27 April 1963, her married name became Campbell-Gray.1 She lived in 2003 at Fanamor, Taynuilt, Argyllshire, Scotland.1
