     Sanchia Stanhope is the daughter of Richard Stanhope and Anne Strelly.1 She married John Babington, son of Sir Anthony Babington and Katherine Ferrers.2
     Her married name became Babington.1 In 1583 she inherited the estate of Rampton.1
