     Irene Goss is the daughter of George Richard Goss.2 She married, firstly, Hon. Aretas Akers-Douglas, son of Aretas Akers-Douglas, 2nd Viscount Chilston and Amy Jennings-Bramly, on 25 May 1932.1 She and Hon. Aretas Akers-Douglas were divorced in 1938.1 She married, secondly, Rudolph Richard on 28 July 1938.3
     From 25 May 1932, her married name became Akers-Douglas.1 From 28 July 1938, her married name became Richard.3

     From 1939, her married name became Akers-Douglas.1

     Eric Alexander Akers-Douglas, 3rd Viscount Chilston was born on 17 December 1910.1 He was the son of Aretas Akers-Douglas, 2nd Viscount Chilston and Amy Jennings-Bramly.2 He married Marion Howard, daughter of Captain Charles William Howard, on 15 February 1955.1 He died on 10 April 1982 at age 71, without issue.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He was educated at Trinity College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of Flight Lieutenant in the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baron Douglas of Baads, co. Midlothian [U.K., 1911] on 25 July 1947.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Viscount Chilston, of Boughton Malherbe, co. Kent [U.K., 1911] on 25 July 1947.1

     Marion Howard was the daughter of Captain Charles William Howard.2 She married Eric Alexander Akers-Douglas, 3rd Viscount Chilston, son of Aretas Akers-Douglas, 2nd Viscount Chilston and Amy Jennings-Bramly, on 15 February 1955.1 She died on 9 January 1970.1
     After her marriage, Marion Howard was styled as Viscountess Chilston on 15 February 1955. From 15 February 1955, her married name became Akers-Douglas.1

George Alexander Akers-Douglas1

     George Alexander Akers-Douglas was born on 7 June 1878.1 He was the son of Aretas Akers-Douglas, 1st Viscount Chilston and Adeline Mary Austen-Smith.2 He married Doris Christopherson, daughter of Stanley Christopherson, on 5 January 1909.1 He died on 11 July 1955 at age 77.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders.1 He fought in the Boer War in 1900.1 He was Aide-de-Camp to Viceroy of India in 1904.1 He fought in the First World War in 1914.1 He gained the rank of Major and Brevet Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Fusiliers.1
