     From 30 April 1745, her married name became Finnie.¹

     John Finnie was born on 14 May 1762 at Kilmarnock, Ayrshire, Scotland^G.¹ He was the son of William Finnie and Ann Boyd.¹ He married Elizabeth Ann Sallaway, daughter of Walter Sallaway and Elizabeth Chandler, on 21 June 1817.¹ He died on 26 May 1835 at age 73 at 13 Burlington Street, Brighton, Sussex, England^G.¹

     Elizabeth Ann Sallaway was born circa 1780.¹ She was the daughter of Walter Sallaway and Elizabeth Chandler.¹ She married, secondly, John Finnie, son of William Finnie and Ann Boyd, on 21 June 1817.¹ She died on 2 May 1870.¹
     From 21 June 1817, her married name became Finnie.¹

     Walter Sallaway was the son of Edward Sallaway.¹ He married Elizabeth Chandler, daughter of Stephen Chandler and Rebecca Vipont.¹

     James Boyd Finnie was born before 1817.¹ He was the son of John Finnie and Elizabeth Ann Sallaway.¹ He married Sarah Jane Burden on 5 May 1838.¹

     Sarah Jane Burden was born on 11 December 1813 at Workhouse, Brighton, Sussex, England^G.¹ She married James Boyd Finnie, son of John Finnie and Elizabeth Ann Sallaway, on 5 May 1838.¹
     From 5 May 1838, her married name became Finnie.¹

     James Boyd Finnie was born on 3 May 1840 at Ascot, Lennoxville, Quebec, Canada^G.¹ He was the son of James Boyd Finnie and Sarah Jane Burden.¹ He married Ellen O'Connor on 13 February 1864.¹ He died on 19 October 1906 at age 66 at 17 St. George's Road, Edmonton, London, England^G.¹

     Ellen O'Connor was born circa 1845 at Tralee, County Kerry, Ireland^G.¹ She married James Boyd Finnie, son of James Boyd Finnie and Sarah Jane Burden, on 13 February 1864.¹ She died on 5 April 1904 at 17 Little Cross Street, Islington, London, England^G.¹
     From 13 February 1864, her married name became Finnie.¹

     Bertha Boyd Finnie was born on 3 September 1872 at 4 Brook Road, Holloway, London, England^G.¹ She was the daughter of James Boyd Finnie and Ellen O'Connor.¹ She married Arthur Simpson on 14 September 1890.¹ She died on 16 March 1951 at age 78 at 22 Cumberland Road, Barnes, London, England^G.¹
