     Caroline Anne Cox was the daughter of Richard Cox and Caroline Codrington.1 She married Sir Thomas Champneys, 1st Bt., son of Richard Champneys and Jane Swymmer, on 5 July 1768.1 She died on 2 July 1791 at Orchardleigh, Somerset, England.1
     From 5 July 1768, her married name became Champneys.1

     Richard Cox married Caroline Codrington, daughter of Sir William Codrington, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Bethell.2 He died in 1818.2
     Richard Cox was founder of Cox's Bank in 1747.2 He was an Army Agent.2 He lived at Quarley, Hampshire, England.1

     Sir William Codrington, 1st Bt. was the son of John Codrington and unknown Bates.2 He married Elizabeth Bethell, daughter of William Bethell, on 12 March 1717/18.3 He died on 17 December 1738.3
     Sir William Codrington, 1st Bt. was created 1st Baronet Codrington, of Dodington, co. Gloucester [Great Britain] on 21 April 1721.3

     Henrietta Minchin was born in 1751.1,2 She was the daughter of Humphrey Minchin and Clarinda Cuppaidge.1,2 She and Sir Thomas Champneys, 1st Bt. obtained a marriage license on 10 December 1801.1 She died on 4 January 1827 at Bath, Somerset, England, without issue.1
     From 10 December 1801, her married name became Champneys.1

     Humphrey Minchin was born in 1727/28.2 He is the son of Paul Minchin and Henrietta Bunbury.2 He married Clarinda Cuppaidge, daughter of George Cuppaidge, on 4 August 1750.2 He died on 26 March 1796.2
     Humphrey Minchin graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland, in 1745 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).2 He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland, in 1748 with a Master of Arts (M.A.).2 He lived in 1764 at Ballinakill Castle, County Waterford, Ireland.2 He lived in 1765 at Aston Hall, Little Aston, Shenstone, Staffordshire, England, under a 99 year lease.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Tipperary [Ireland].2 He lived at Holywell, Soberton, Hampshire, England, which he rebuilt.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Okehampton between 1778 and 1784.2 He held the office of Clerk of the Ordnance in 1783.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Okehampton between 1785 and 1790.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Bossiney between 1790 and 1796.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in 1793 in the service of the Hampshire Militia.2 He lived at Stubbington, Hampshire, England.1

     Sir Thomas Swymmer Mostyn-Champneys, 2nd Bt. was born on 21 May 1769.1 He was the son of Sir Thomas Champneys, 1st Bt. and Caroline Anne Cox.1 He married Charlotte Margaret Mostyn, daughter of Sir Roger Mostyn, 5th Bt. and Margaret Wynne, on 21 April 1792 at St. George's Church, St. George Street, Hanover Square, London, England.1 He died on 21 November 1839 at age 70 at Orchardleigh, Somerset, England, without issue.1 He died intestate and his estate was administered in December 1840.1
     Sir Thomas Swymmer Mostyn-Champneys, 2nd Bt. was baptised with the name of Thomas Swymmer Champneys.1 He succeeded to the title of 2nd Baronet Champneys, of Orchardleigh, co. Somerset [G.B., 1767] on 2 July 1821.1 On 1831 his name was legally changed to Thomas Swymmer Mostyn-Champneys.1
     On his death, his baronetcy became extinct.1

     Charlotte Margaret Mostyn was born circa 1767.1 She was the daughter of Sir Roger Mostyn, 5th Bt. and Margaret Wynne.1 She married Sir Thomas Swymmer Mostyn-Champneys, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Thomas Champneys, 1st Bt. and Caroline Anne Cox, on 21 April 1792 at St. George's Church, St. George Street, Hanover Square, London, England.1 She died on 12 December 1845 at Gloddaerth, Conway.1 Her will was probated in January 1846.1
     From 21 April 1792, her married name became Mostyn-Champneys.1
