     Ann Sheran Cazalet usually went by her middle name of Sheran.1 From 15 June 1968, her married name became Hornby.1

     Sir Simon Michael Hornby was born on 29 December 1934.1 He was the son of Michael Charles St. John Hornby and Nicolette Joan Ward.1 He married Ann Sheran Cazalet, daughter of Peter Victor Ferdinand Cazalet and Leonora Wodehouse, on 15 June 1968.2 He died on 17 July 2010 at age 75 at Wantage, Oxfordshire, England.3
     He was educated at New College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.3 He was director of WH Smith between 1974 and 1994.3 He was appointed Knight in 1988.3
