     Lillian Emma Chaytor was the daughter of Sir William Chaytor, 3rd Bt. and Mary van Straubenzee.² She died on 12 March 1953, unmarried.¹

     Marion Henrietta Chaytor is the daughter of Sir William Chaytor, 3rd Bt. and Mary van Straubenzee.²

     Sir John Chardin, 1st and last Bt. was baptised on 6 October 1687 at Greenwich, London, England^G.¹ He was the son of Sir John Chardin and Esther de Lardiniere Peigné.¹ He died on 26 April 1755 at age 67, unmarried.¹ He was buried on 10 May 1755 at Westminster Abbey, Westminster, London, England^G.¹ His will (dated 18 July 1747 to 1753) was proven (by probate) on 28 April 1755.¹
     He was admitted to Inner Temple.¹ He was created 1st Baronet Chardin, of the Inner Temple, London [Great Britain] on 28 May 1720.¹ Before 1741 he purchased the estate of Kempton Park in Sunbury, Middlesex.¹
     On his death, his baronetcy became extinct.¹

     Esther de Lardiniere Peigné married Sir John Chardin on 17 November 1681.¹
     From 17 November 1681, her married name became Chardin.¹

     Sir Edward Charlton, 1st and last Bt. was the son of William Charlton.¹ He married Mary Widdrington, daughter of Sir Edward Widdrington, 1st Bt. and Christiana Stuart.¹ He died circa 1670, without male issue.¹
     He was created 1st Baronet Charlton, of Hesleyside, co. Northumberland [England] on 6 March 1645/46.¹ He had two other daughters.¹
     On his death, his baronetcy became extinct.¹

     John Brydges was the son of John Bridges and Mary Young.¹ He married Jane Gibbon, daughter of Edward Gibbon.¹ He died in 1712.¹

     John Whitney Smith lived at Northallerton, Yorkshire, England^G.¹

     unknown Smith was the daughter of John Whitney Smith.² She married Sir William Richard Carter Chaytor, 2nd Bt., son of Sir William Chaytor, 1st Bt. and Isabella Carter, on 16 March 1852.¹ She died in May 1904.¹
     From 16 March 1852, her married name became Chaytor.¹

     Reginald Clervaux Chaytor was born on 6 October 1857.¹ He was the son of Sir William Richard Carter Chaytor, 2nd Bt. and unknown Smith.² He married Margaret Ann McCurdie, daughter of Archibald McCurdie, in 1878.¹ He died in 1952.¹

     Archibald McCurdie lived at Dalhousie, New Brunswick, Canada^G.¹
