     Louise Katherine Scott was born on 28 February 1973.¹ She is the daughter of S/Ldr. Roger John Stuart Scott and Mary Alexandra Lynch.¹ She married Edward Alexander Broughton Webb, son of William Richard Broughton Webb and Hon. Marigold Elizabeth Cassandra Neave, on 22 September 2001.²
