Air Vice Marshal Henry Meyrick Cave-Browne-Cave was born on 1 February 1887.1 He was the son of Sir Thomas Cave-Browne-Cave and Blanche Matilda Mary Ann Milton.2 He died on 5 August 1965 at age 78, unmarried.1
He was educated at Dulwich School, Dulwich, London, EnglandG.1 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1918.1 He was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross (D.F.C.)1 He was Deputy Director of Technical Development, Air Ministry between 1922 and 1927.2 He was commanding officer of the Far East Flight, Royal Air Force in 1927.2 He was Director of Technical Development, Air Ministry between 1931 and 1934.2 He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.) in 1936.1 He gained the rank of Air Vice Marshal in the Royal Air Force.1
