     Josephine Innes Packer is the daughter of George Herbert Packer.2 She married Stephen Gordon Catto, 2nd Baron Catto, son of Thomas Sivewright Catto, 1st Baron Catto and Gladys Forbes Gordon, on 28 July 1948.1 She and Stephen Gordon Catto, 2nd Baron Catto were divorced in 1965.1
     From 28 July 1948, her married name became Catto. After her marriage, Josephine Innes Packer was styled as Baroness Catto on 23 August 1959.
