     From 2 February 1935, her married name became Hobson.

     He lived at 8 New Street, Deal, Kent, England^G.¹ He was registered as a Royal Society of Miniature Painters (R.M.S.)¹ He was registered as a Member, Royal Insititute of Painters in Water Colours (R.I.)¹

     Andrew James Alan Hobson was born in 1936.¹ He is the son of Philip James Lee Hobson and Mary Leta Cathcart.²

     Augustus Ernest Cathcart was born on 4 March 1875.¹ He was the son of Colonel Hon. Augustus Murray Cathcart and Hon. Jean Mary Orde-Powlett.² He married Hilda Renée Lee, daughter of William Frederick Lee and Renée Elizabeth Milborne-Swinnerton-Pilkington, on 10 June 1913.¹ He died on 14 September 1914 at age 39 at France^G, killed in action.¹ He was buried at Paissy Churchyard, Paissy, France^G.³
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 2nd Battalion, King's Royal Rifle Corps.¹ He fought in the Boer War between 1900 and 1902.¹ He fought in the First World War in 1914.¹

     Brig.-Gen. Noel Lee was born on 23 December 1868 at Altrincham, Lancashire, England.¹ He was the son of Sir Joseph Cocksey Lee and Henrietta Burleigh Hill.² He married Lilian Tristram, daughter of William Barrington Tristram and Eliza Eleanor Halton, in 1896.¹ He died on 22 June 1915 at age 46 at Malta, from wounds received in action.¹
     He gained the rank of Major in 1901.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in 1906.¹ He gained the rank of Colonel in 1907.¹ He fought in the First World War, at Gallipoli.¹

     Hilda Renée Lee was the daughter of William Frederick Lee and Renée Elizabeth Milborne-Swinnerton-Pilkington.² She married Augustus Ernest Cathcart, son of Colonel Hon. Augustus Murray Cathcart and Hon. Jean Mary Orde-Powlett, on 10 June 1913.¹ She died on 29 May 1958.¹
     From 10 June 1913, her married name became Cathcart.

     Eva Renée Cathcart was born on 10 March 1914.¹ She is the daughter of Augustus Ernest Cathcart and Hilda Renée Lee.²
     She gained the rank of Junior Commander in 1945 in the Auxiliary Territorial Service, during the Second World War, and raised the Mauritius Women's Volunteer Corps.¹ She held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for the North Riding, Yorkshire.¹ She was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1971.¹ She lived in 2003 at Warwick House, Aiskew, Bedale, Yorkshire, England^G.¹
