     Fitz-Arundell Mackenzie Ashton was baptised with the name of Fitz-Arundell Mackenzie.1 On 1878 his name was legally changed to Fitz-Arundell Mackenzie Ashton on inheriting the property of his cousin, Philip James Ashton.1

     Arthur Godfrey Burchardt Ashton was born in 1855 at Toxteth Park, Lancashire, England.1 He was the son of Otto Ernest Sebrecht Burchardt and Jane Isabella Ashton.1 He married Rosamund Augusta Rathbone, daughter of Samuel Greg Rathbone and Rosamund Maria Cuthbert, in 1885 at West Derby, Lancashire, England.1
     Arthur Godfrey Burchardt Ashton was baptised with the name of Arthur Godfrey Burchardt.1 He was educated at Rugby College, Rugby, Warwickshire, England.1 His name was legally changed to Arthur Godfrey Burchardt Ashton on inheriting the property of his uncle, Benjamin Ashton.1 He was the manager of the Puumalei Dairy in 1890 at Mani, Hawaii, U.S.A..1 He was the District Commissioner in 1911 at Trelleck, Monmouthshire, Wales.1
