     Venerable William Trench was born in 1729 at Ireland.2 He was the son of Frederick Richard Trench and Elizabeth Eyre.1 He married Anne Colpoys in 1771. He died in 1790 at Ireland.2

     William Power Trench was born on 24 October 1771 at Galway, County Galway, Ireland.1 He was the son of Venerable William Trench and Anne Colpoys.1,2 He married Janet Stewart, daughter of William Stewart, on 4 January 1803.1 He died on 30 June 1848 at age 76 at Belleview, Jamaica.1

     Janet Stewart was the daughter of William Stewart.1 She married William Power Trench, son of Venerable William Trench and Anne Colpoys, on 4 January 1803.1 She died in 1864 at Clarendon, Jamaica.1
     From 4 January 1803, her married name became Trench.1

     Colonel Stewart John Trench was born in 1855 at Jamaica.1 He was the son of John Power Trench and Sarah Wilstrop.1 He married Lucy Hickman, daughter of Sir Alfred Hickman, 1st Bt., on 12 December 1877.1 He died on 11 July 1919.1
     Colonel Stewart John Trench gained the rank of Colonel in the service of the Duke of Wellington Regiment (West Riding).1
