     Peter Ralfe Harrington Evans-Freke, 11th Baron Carbery was born on 20 March 1920.2 He was the son of Major Hon. Ralfe Evans-Freke and Vera Harrington-Moore.2 He married, firstly, Joyzelle Mary Binnie, daughter of Herbert Binnie, on 27 December 1941.2 He married, secondly, Elisabeth (?) after 2006.3 He died on 28 July 2012 at age 92.4
     He was educated at Downside School, Bath, Somerset, EnglandG.2 He fought in the Second World War, in India and Burma.2 He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Engineers.2 He was registered as a Member, Institution of Civil Engineers (M.I.C.E.)2 He was a director of Equine and Livestock Insurance Company.2 He succeeded as the 11th Baron Carbery, of Carbery, co. Cork [I., 1715] on 25 December 1970.2 He succeeded as the 7th Baronet Evans-Freke, of Castle Freke, co. Cork [I., 1768] on 25 December 1970.2 He lived in 2003 at 2 Hayes Court, Sunnyside, London, EnglandG.2
