     Colonel Hon. Walter Philip Alexander was born on 9 February 1849.2 He was the son of James Du Pre Alexander, 3rd Earl of Caledon and Lady Jane Frederica Harriot Mary Grimston.3 He married Margaret Katherine Grimston, daughter of Rev. Hon. Francis Sylvester Grimston and Katherine Georgiana Morier, on 13 April 1882.2 He died on 30 October 1934 at age 85.2
     He was Lieutenant-Colonel and Brevet Colonel of the 2nd Dragoons (Royal Scots Greys.)2 He fought in the Boer War between 1899 and 1900.2 He gained the rank of Colonel in the 2nd Dragoons (Royal Scots Greys.)1

     Philip Sylvester Alexander was born on 6 February 1883.1 He was the son of Colonel Hon. Walter Philip Alexander and Margaret Katherine Grimston.2 He married Violet Lucy Hendrick-Aylmer, daughter of Hans Hendrick Hendrick-Aylmer and Florence Edwards, on 31 December 1925.1 He died on 22 October 1952 at age 69.1
     He fought in the First World War, where he was wounded and mentioned in despatches.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the 8th King's Royal Irish Hussars.3

     Hans Hendrick Hendrick-Aylmer was born on 23 May 1856.1 He was the son of Michael Aylmer and Charlotte Margaret Hendrick.1 He married Florence Edwards, daughter of Alexander Edwards, in May 1886.1 He died in November 1917 at age 61.1
     He was given the name of Hans Hendrick Aylmer at birth.1 He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, IrelandG, in 1877 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He was a practising Barrister-at-law in 1880.1 In 1889 his name was legally changed to Hans Hendrick Hendrick-Aylmer when he assumed the additional surname and arms of Hendrick by Royal Licence.1 He held the office of High Sheriff in 1894.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)1 He lived at Kerdiffstown, Sallins, County Kildare, IrelandG.2 He lived at Kerdiffstown House, Naas, County Kildare, IrelandG.1
