     Constance Nora Barne Inskip was born on 14 April 1883.1 She was the daughter of James Inskip and Constance Sophia Louisa Hampden.2 She married Francis Edward Douglas, son of Reverend Robert Douglas, on 1 December 1909.1 She died on 31 May 1945 at age 62.1
     From 1 December 1909, her married name became Douglas.

     David Lloyd George, 1st Earl Lloyd George of Dwyfor was born on 17 January 1863.1 He was the son of William George and Elizabeth Lloyd. He married, firstly, Margaret Owen, daughter of Richard Owen. He married, secondly, Frances Louise Stevenson, daughter of John Stevenson. He died on 26 March 1945 at age 82.1
     David Lloyd George, 1st Earl Lloyd George of Dwyfor held the office of Prime Minister and First Lord of the Treasury between 1916 and 1922.1 He was created 1st Viscount Gwynedd, of Dwyfor, co. Caernarvon [U.K.] on 12 February 1945.1 He was created 1st Earl Lloyd George of Dwyfor [U.K.] on 12 February 1945.1
