     Josephine Theodora Williams was the daughter of Richard Henry Williams.2 She married Hon. Cecil Arthur Campbell, son of Hallyburton George Campbell, 3rd Baron Stratheden of Cupar and Campbell of St. Andrews and Louisa Mary Beresford-Hope, on 3 September 1915.1,2 She died on 10 August 1932.2
     From 3 September 1915, her married name became Campbell.1
