     Rear-Admiral Richard Byron was born on 30 July 1769.1 He was the son of Rev. Hon. Richard Byron and Mary Farmer.2 He married Sarah Sykes, daughter of James Sykes, on 23 September 1801.1 He died on 2 September 1837 at age 68.1
     Rear-Admiral Richard Byron was invested as a Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.).1

     Sarah Sykes was the daughter of James Sykes.2 She married Rear-Admiral Richard Byron, son of Rev. Hon. Richard Byron and Mary Farmer, on 23 September 1801.1 She died on 11 August 1861.1
     From 23 September 1801, her married name became Byron.

     Commander Richard Byron was born in 1802.1 He was the son of Rear-Admiral Richard Byron and Sarah Sykes.2 He died on 23 February 1843, at sea, while in command of HM Sloop Champion.1
     Commander Richard Byron gained the rank of Commander in the service of the Royal Navy.1

     Reverend John Byron was born on 21 September 1804.1 He was the son of Rear-Admiral Richard Byron and Sarah Sykes.2 He married Mary Richardson, daughter of William Richardson, on 8 December 1830.1 He died on 6 December 1878 at age 74.1
     Reverend John Byron was the Vicar at Elmstone-Hardwick, Gloucestershire, England.1 He was Chaplain to the Duke of Sutherland.1
