     Allegra Noel-Byron was born in January 1817.1 She was the daughter of George Gordon Noel, 6th Baron Byron of Rochdale and Claire Clairmont.2,1 She died on 20 April 1822 at age 5.1

     Sara Clegg Hope was born on 30 June 1832 at Liverpool, Lancashire, England.1 She was the daughter of Samuel Hope and Rebekah Bateman.1 She married Dr. Charles Coates, son of William Henry Coates and Sarah Shipton, on 6 May 1856 at Bolton Abbey.1 She died on 10 May 1863 at age 30 at 10 Circus, Bath, Somerset, England.1
     From 6 May 1856, her married name became Coates.1
