     Ursula Diana Ethel Medlicott was born on 20 July 1929 at Paddington, London, England^G.¹ She was the daughter of Lt.-Col. Henry Edward Medlicott and Clare Charlotte Marjorie Gabrielle Gosselin.¹ She married William Lloyd George, 3rd Viscount Tenby, son of Gwilym Lloyd George, 1st Viscount Tenby and Edna Gwenfrom Jones, on 23 April 1955 at St. Peter's Church, Winchester, Hampshire, England^G.² She died in 2022.³
