     Reverend Adam Ronald Rentoul Torrie married Elizabeth Muriel Philippa Maclean, daughter of Alexander John Hew Maclean, 16th of Ardgour and Hon. Muriel Annette Burns, on 27 October 1948.¹ He died on 26 June 1996.¹

     Alan Hamish Brandon Torrie was born on 1 May 1958.¹ He is the son of Reverend Adam Ronald Rentoul Torrie and Elizabeth Muriel Philippa Maclean.¹
