     Sir John Charles Burke, 4th Bt. was born on 7 February 1858.¹ He was the son of Sir Thomas John Burke, 3rd Bt. and Lady Mary Frances Nugent.¹ He died on 16 August 1880 at age 22 at Newbridge, Ireland,, unmarried.²
     Sir John Charles Burke, 4th Bt. succeeded to the title of 4th Baronet Burke, of Marble Hill, co. Galway [I., 1797] on 9 December 1875.¹ He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England.² He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in 1879 in the service of the 20th Hussars.²

     Sir Henry George Burke, 5th Bt. was born on 30 November 1859.¹ He was the son of Sir Thomas John Burke, 3rd Bt. and Lady Mary Frances Nugent.¹ He died on 19 January 1910 at age 50, unmarried.¹
     Sir Henry George Burke, 5th Bt. graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of County Galway.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Galway.¹ He succeeded to the title of 5th Baronet Burke, of Marble Hill, co. Galway [I., 1797] on 16 August 1880.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in 1881 in the service of the 4th Battalion, Connaught Rangers.¹ He held the office of High Sheriff of County Galway in 1883.¹

     Caroline Evelyn Power-Lalor was the daughter of Edmond James Power-Lalor and Mary Frances Ryan.^1,2 She married William Anthony Burke, son of Sir Thomas John Burke, 3rd Bt. and Lady Mary Frances Nugent, on 2 January 1889.¹ She died on 9 February 1910.¹
     Caroline Evelyn Power-Lalor was also known as Coralie Evelyn Mary Power-Lalor.³ From 2 January 1889, her married name became Burke.

     Wilfred Maurice Burke was born on 14 January 1900.¹ He was the son of William Anthony Burke and Caroline Evelyn Power-Lalor.¹ He married Dorothea Sefton Sinclair, daughter of William Sinclair, on 5 September 1933.¹ He died on 1 December 1945 at age 45, without issue.¹

     Julia Catherine Anne Burke was the daughter of Sir Thomas John Burke, 3rd Bt. and Lady Mary Frances Nugent.¹ She married William Daly, son of Denis St. George Daly, 2nd Baron Dunsandle and Clanconal and Mary Broderick, on 16 August 1893.¹ She died on 25 April 1928.¹
     From 16 August 1893, her married name became Daly.
